OMEGA ENVIRONMETAL TECHNOLOGIES- ISO 9001:2000 REGISTERED

The last August the 18th, Omega Environmental Technologies received the ISO 9001: 2000 registration. Thanks to the support of our top management team, our highly- skilled dedicated employees, coupled with consultants from TMAC, customers and suppliers, we have been able to achieve high quality standards as illustrated by certification for our quality management system under ISO 9001: 2000.

The last August the 18th, Omega Environmental Technologies received the ISO 9001: 2000 registration. Thanks to the support of our top management team, our highly- skilled dedicated employees, coupled with consultants from TMAC, customers and suppliers, we have been able to achieve high quality standards as illustrated by certification for our quality management system under ISO 9001: 2000.

The implementation of the ISO 9001 was a process that was part of each person of the company. This process was a great experience not only for the top management team, but also for all the departments and areas. As well, it was a good opportunity to work as a big team, showing people quality, their ideas and working together through the creation and improvement of the actual processes and procedures to achieve one big goal “customer satisfaction through continual improvement”.

It was interesting for the company to see all employees to participate in contributing ideas to enhance the business. Besides, after the registration, we are completely motivated to use the management system as an active part of the growth of the company.

There are a number of major benefits with the revised quality management system standards. Now the company has a better connection of management systems to organizational process through nature moves toward improved organizational performance. Besides, we have a greater orientation toward continual improvement and customer satisfaction, of our internal and external customers.

In addition, the ISO management system has enabled the company to assure the customers of not only receiving the highest quality products but also at competitive prices.

ISO 9001 not only address the quality assurance of product and/ or service conformity, but also includes the need for the organization to demonstrate its capability and capacity to monitor and improve key business relationships and to achieve increased customer satisfaction allowing the company to continue to document their management system in a manner that reflects our own way of doing business.

Although, Omega is an international company that exports to more than 75 countries. The quality management system allows the company to ensure the continuous coverage of the market requirements, throughout the control and administration of our local manufacturing process. ISO 9001 provides a passport and an expansion opportunity towards the global market in an aggressive way and orient towards the corporative growth and the exploration of new opportunities and clients.
